“We moved into the Bedford area some 4 years ago. The home alarm system we inherited was quite old and whilst it functioned to a basic level it needed updating. We contacted Bedford Security Systems and they arrived promptly to assess the situation with the objective to recommend a system that suited our home and the fact we were due to travel on holiday for a few weeks so 'peace of mind' was also a consideration.

They were extremely knowledgeable and approachable and after examining the home for the number of rooms, entry/exit points and windows etc they advised we purchased a system which suited our needs perfectly.  We shook hands to confirm the installation and the system was installed with a minimum of fuss and bang on schedule. We did experience one problem with an internal sensor (which actually belonged to the previous system and was my fault for not changing) and Tom arrived to rectify the matter to our satisfaction.
